DELIVERY
We deliver nationwide using Fastway couriers, the price is €8.00 plus VAT @ 23% for all orders. Unfortunately Fastway couriers has “patchy” service is some parts of the country, so in most cases your order will reach you in 3 business days, but sometimes it could take 4 to 5 days, it seems the more remote you are in the country, the less likely the courier is to make daily delivers to your area..
We are an online business and are not open to the public for order pickup. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Generally, when an order is placed, it is picked up by the courier the next day and delivered the following day. So for example, if an order is placed on Monday, it is picked up on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

RETURNS POLICY
In compliance with the The Consumer Rights Directive, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of placing the order and return products to Tow And Restore within 14 days from the date the notification to cancel has been received from the consumer to us. Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please email us on info@towandrestore.com if you wish to cancel your order.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges

Tow And Restore covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error.
Items returned for reasons other than defect or a Tow And Restore error must be paid for by the buyer. These returns include reasons such as “changed my mind,” “did not like the product” and “ordered the incorrect product”.
